I have dial-up connection since DSL is not yet available,then I tried using VOIPBUSTER.COM software, whe i tried calling somebody, i can her them but seems like they cant hear me.. is there any settings that i need to know using VOIP?

I would like to get rid of my Cingular monthly cell plan and use VoIP instead since it’s so much cheaper, and I have WiFi everywhere on my college campus. Will any combination of software (e.g. Skype, Gizmo, Yahoo) and hardware (Pocket PC, Palm, Smartphone) allow me to pull this off? So far I have found Skype + Pocket PC with SkypeIn and SkypeOut. This looks good but I’m not sure how receiving calls would work (i.e. if the Pocket PC would run out of batteries after being on round the clock). Plus, I would need a headset. Does anyone know if I can yet achieve my dream of a WiFi cell phone with quality sound?
