A little update I got Fuppes and Mediatomb to work and ditched Windows XP entirely. The media center was the last thing that was tying me to Windows so when I fixed it I had no excuse anymore!

i use TVersity for streaming stuff to my 360 works a treat and its free and you can stream youtube videos and stuff too!

XMBC has the best interface but it keeps crashing like hell I can’t even use it know. I tried reinstalling and nothing yet. I’ll have to wait till they get a stable version. Do you recommend me a stable media center software for windows?
